AML & sanctions policy

Program summary

• Deposits can only be used to play and advertise and cannot be withdrawn as such; only rewards and game profits can be withdrawn.
• Large deposits, or large totals within 24 hours, are held for an admin to check before they are credited.
• Every withdrawal needs a 2FA code; there are per-withdrawal and daily limits, and withdrawals above the automatic limit are reviewed by hand.
• Withdrawals to a wallet address another account has used are reviewed.
• A deposit that is reversed or flagged as risky by the gateway freezes the account's withdrawals.
• Systems detect multiple accounts, bots, VPNs and proxies; every transaction is logged.

Restricted jurisdictions

Driplay does not serve residents of countries and territories under comprehensive sanctions on United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom or United States lists, nor places where the law forbids crypto rewards or online games. We may block access from, or close accounts connected to, these places.

Identity checks

When an account's activity is high risk (large amounts, unusual frequency, unclear source of funds), we may ask for more information or identity documents before processing a transaction. If you do not provide them, the transaction may be held or refused.

Monitoring and action

When we detect suspicious activity we may hold or refuse transactions, freeze balances, close accounts, and work with the payment gateways and report to the authorities as the law requires.

Record keeping

Deposit, withdrawal and transaction records and the results of checks are kept for as long as the law requires, including after an account is closed.

Your commitments

• The funds you deposit come from lawful sources and are yours.
• You do not use Driplay on behalf of someone else or to move money for third parties.
• You do not live in a restricted jurisdiction and are not on a sanctions list.
