How are offerwall points calculated?
Every task has a USD value paid by the partner. Driplay passes most of that value on to you and converts it straight into points (100,000 points = 1 USD).
How long until points are credited?
Usually as soon as the partner confirms, from a few seconds to a few days depending on the task. Check the status under "Recent activity".
Why were points deducted?
If a partner reverses a conversion (chargeback) because of fraud or unmet requirements, the matching points are deducted. The account may be suspended if the balance is not enough to cover it.
